RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders on cashmerecharm.com are final. Due to nature of handcrafted products, all our sales are final.
A customer may cancel their order by sending an order cancellation request to cashmerecharm@gmail.com with the order ID before they receive an order fulfillment confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges are extra unless specified free shipping.
